Do I need any training to get started?

No, Our application has a user-friendly experience that minimizes the need for training. However, our support staff is available 24/7 to help you out.

Are your servers compliant and certified by international standards?

Yes, Our servers are located in Ohio; privately hosted by Amazon Web Services. We keep the high level of privacy, and our server adheres to following security standards.

Is my employee’s information safe?

Absolutely. We never share your employee’s information with anyone. Ever.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes, we have mobile applications for Android and Apple phones that our customers love and use daily. Our mobile application provides Clock In and Clock Out with GPS tracking.

Do I have to buy additional hardware?

No, Digemp works out of the box without the need for expensive modifications. You can use Digemp with your existing computers or mobile phones.

Can I access digemp from any computer?

Yes! You can access Digemp from any device with internet access. That includes mobile devices, computers, laptops, iPads, and tablets.

Do you store your Credit Card Information?

No, We never store your credit card information in our system. We uses manual payment system, at the end of each month an invoice is automatically generated based on your usage (number of users); which you can pay using 2-checkout payment gateway.

Is Payment Information Secure?

Yes, All of our web servers uses SSL for data transfer which is securely encrypted with the strongest available algorithms.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, To cancel your account at any time from Subscription page in your admin panel and applying for account cancellation, you will no longer be billed for any future invoices.
